Sounds odd but, the dog is acting weird!

My husband and I have three dogs. Two are house pets and one is my husbands bird dog/ service dog. She never wants anything to do with me unless it is food time but the last month and half, she has been up my ass! She never does it, she will only sit/lay with my husband. Yet every day when my husband leaves for work and I get home from work before him, she is laying with me. I get a lot of love (she jumps up and puts her paws on my shoulders and kisses all over my face) as soon as I walk in the door and then she won't leave my side. If I don't feel good or if I am exhausted, she is always laying on me and won't move. She won't even let our other two dogs come near me, she will growl and kick them off the couch. I went in for a blood test today (haven't heard back yet) because I haven't had a period since august and even that period was a week and a half late and yes I've taken at home tests from dollar store ones to spending 20+ dollars on them. Anyone else have a dog that acted like this before they found out?
