Rowing

Does anyone do rowing here? If not you still get to read this rant. So in a coxswain since I'm small and today we had to row in a mixed 8 and I hate the novice boys. So long story short after we rowed for a little bit we head back to the dock to switch into novice girls 8 and novice boys 4 but while we were docking a novice boy was telling me to back out straighten out then re-dock and let me tell you, you should NOT tell your coxswain what to do unless you are 1000% positive that it will help them. So one or two more boys kept telling me to back out straighten out then re-dock so I ended up doing that and spent a LOT longer than I needed to just to dock a boat. Also bow seat (the one who sits farthest away from the coxswain told me at the end of practice that I was fine and I didn't have to back out so fuck your novice boys) and FYI when we raced a lot of the boys caught crabs (getting your oar stuck in the water) and we ended up winning the "race" between us. And after practice they had the novice girls coach talk to them about something but my brother wouldn't tell me what it was. Thanks for listening to my rant!
