Period weirdness.... Sorry if it's tmi.

I hope this isn't tmi, but my period was really strange this month. The cramps and other symptoms the whole week before it was suppose to happen, isn't the first time. Nor is the starting early because my period sometimes is early and sometimes late, but what was weird was the actual period. My period is usually 6 days. Once in a blue moon, it'll 5 days and it has even been the whole 7 days, but this time it was way different. It was 4 days of heavy/regular menstruation, the 5th I only saw a little bit of blood when I wiped towards the beginning of the day and it got lesser and lesser than that throughout the day. Today, even lesser to where I didn't even bother wearing anything. The only thing different from the other times has been that this time I was wearing tampons for the first time. Did the same thing ever happen to any of you who wear them? Is this normal? Should I be worried and make an appt with my gyno? Right at moment, I'm not. I just figure that my body is just reacting differently because I'm so use to pads. I dunno. What do y'all think?
