Please help me "decode" this sono photo!

At our anatomy scan we were not looking at the screen to prepare for our gender reveal party. Obviously that meant the tech had us avert our eyes and she did not point out what she was looking at.

Now that the party has passed and we are looking at our scan photos, I am having trouble finding my little man's hoohah 😂 He was veeery active so our pics are blurry, but can someone help? I'm assuming it's obvious but I'm terrible at reading sono pics!!!
