Sterile

I've been seeing this amazing guy for a little while now but he thinks he may be sterile... he's 30 and says he tried in a previous relationship for 5 years to have a baby which he never got her pregnant. I want to marry this man and have his children but he won't go to the doctor and get it checked out and he knows I want nothing more than to carry a baby and be a mommy some day. As bad as it sounds if he can't have kids I'm not sure I'll be able to stay with him. What should i do?😩😩
