period cramps
hi my name is krystiana and I am 19 years old. typically my period last 5-6 days. I can usually tell when its about to come on anyway it just came on early this morning. but the first day is always the worst for me with cramps I'm just very irritable but after the first day is over im good. any advice on how to deal with the cramps it just puts me in a bad mood.
