clingy cat

our cat mitts loves my husband and is ok with me cause i feed him... he has been very clingy and following me around. we got him 1.5 years ago and he has never slept in our bed last night he slept right by me he wouldnt move all niggt.. im 7 dpo can he sense a pregnancy? or is he just turning into a clingy cat?
