I've been masturbating with a handheld shower head since I was 14 and I'm almost 21 now. I cant masturbate any other way. And while I enjoy sex and all other aspects of it, I just can't orgasm from it or oral sex. Has the pressure from the shower head desensitized my clit possibly?! And if so is there anything I can do about it?

I would say that it's a possibility.  I did the same thing for years and when I got with my first boyfriend I stopped, and was able to orgasm with just my fingers again.  He wouldn't let me masturbate, saying it was impure and he wanted to be the only one to make me come.  A month after we broke up, my cousin got me a vibrator, and I've been using it almost every day and it's been causing me to be unable to orgasm with my current boyfriend.  Try taking a break from it and seeing if orgasming becomes easier.  Your clit needs a break.

I did the same thing when I was a teen and through my 20's (need to upgrade my current shower head lol) and what I've found is that I orgasm more easily during oral than penetration. I've masturbated with my fingers and with toys as well and it has proved that for me I need more clitoral stimulation than anything else. I wouldn't say your shower head is desensitizing you, you just need a particular stimulation to get there during sex.
