Hip pain

I'm 33 weeks and 2 days and hoolyyyy cow my hips are killing me! I'm pregnant with a healthy and very active baby boy. I was told he is a big baby and to expect to give birth to a 9-10 baby! My poor cooka😣 but the last couple days I can feel him pushing on my hips. Today I woke up and I feel like an old lady. I'm so uncomfortable.. is it because he is big? And since I'm feeling him so low does that mean he is head down? Any other mamas feeling this pain?..
