9 month old sleeping bad??

Question

my 9 month old has been very restless at night and isn't sleeping great. He wakes up a few times and sometimes crys for no reason before bed. He isn't normally a fussy guy. Could it be teething? He doesn't have any teeth yet. What can I do to help him sleep better? He nurses to sleep and we bedshare.

Going through this, too. He turned 9 months this week and is also teething.  I. am. exhausted.

There’s a pain in the ass sleep regression around 8-10 months. We’re going through it as well. My daughter woke up 4 times last night screaming. She normally sleeps through the night or wakes once at the most. 
It could also be teething though. My daughters second tooth just came through so I’m sure that isn’t helping the situation.
