trouble getting into a dr??

I called the hospital to try and figure out when I needed to go in.. they set up a test to confirm I was pregnant and haven't heard from them since.. I called to try and schedule an 8-10 week appointment and they wouldn't schedule one.. said they had to call me, still haven't heard anything and it's been over a week since they confirmed the pregnancy! I am 5 weeks and 3 days today. Anyone else have trouble? I'm concerned that I'm going to miss appointments or information.
