Soreness on belly
Is it normal for the outside of your belly to be sore to the touch almost like it's bruised? I feel if mostly at my lower belly about countertop height if I'm in the kitchen and my belly touches the counters it hurts. I dont lean on them but just a graze is uncomfortable like I have a bruise or something lol
