I noticed a light brown discharge/spotting on my TP when I wiped. No cramps or anything. Just light and intermittent.

It's fairly common, same thing happened to me around the same time. I'm 36 weeks now and everything is great. Definitely mention it to your doctor though, they still may want you to go in just to be safe.
