Coudl I be pregnant with baby#2

Hi ladies, so I’ve been TTC for about less than a month now, I just got off IUD after 5yrs since DD. My first pregnancy symptom with DD was tender breast and leaking colostrum So early in my pregnancy that when I took the test the first time it came out negative. Today I notice I started leaking colostrum again no breast tenderness though. I stopped pumping milk when DD was 3 months old (she’s 5 know) because she never latched on. So I wanted to know if any of you had this early sign that turned out to be a pregnancy?
