Heavy bleeding

Yesterday I experienced quite bad cramps then followed by heavy bleeding. The bleeding was only when I wiped myself after having a wee. The bleeding didn’t last long and the cramps soon wore off.

I recently had Ivf and found out I was pregnant to which I am now 6 weeks. I had two embryos transferred. I’m just concerned I’ve had a miscarriage. I haven’t experienced any bleeding today nor pain. If it was a miscarriage would the bleeding still be visible and pain?
