Help!!

I am currently 6wks pregnant, but I’m having an issue. For about a week I have been having small pains and light spotting off and on. I went to the doctor last Saturday and they said that it was early that they could hear the heartbeat but could barely see it. They said to keep and eye on it and not worry. the bleeding stopped and the pain went away. Well this morning I woke up and I was bleeding a little more than before. Also I have a double uterus and they say I can conceive in one and have a period in the other. I didn’t have any bleeding with my son and with this one it’s off and on. I can’t find anything about double uterus pregnancies online, can anyone help.
