First bbt chart help

Hi everyone, just wanted some input from anyone who has charted bbt before, I took sick with strep and a sinus infection and had a fever around 5dpo so not sure of accuracy of temps from then until 8dpo as only starting to feel normal again today (also reason why I have one missing temp on 8dpo as I really thought it wasn’t worth putting it in due to being ill and it was 100.17) but what I really want to know is what day did I ovulate (cd22 or cd23) and do my temps look very off/random due to sickness or can I still use bbt chart, does there appear to be a decent thermal shift before I got sick (up to 4/5dpo)?
