Bright red blood?

Soooo I’ve had two other times where I had bright red blood streaks/dots on the toilet paper. Once at 29 weeks and once a few days ago. Both times I went to the hospital and got checked and each time I was contracting but they couldn’t find any blood inside of my vagina so they don’t know why it happened. Well this morning I had wiped and it was bright red blood but not just dots or streaks, like actual blood. It wasn’t a crazy amount however, it was a smallish amount and it wasn’t mucusy or thick. I’m 38 weeks 5 days. Anyone else experience this? It was just for one wipe, all wipes after that were clear and no spotting at all.

And baby is moving fine and I am getting cramping but I’ve been getting bad cramps for a while now. I actually cramped this entire pregnancy and lately they’ve been very bad but doctors always tell me everything looks perfectly fine so I don’t know 😭
