Bleeding :( Help??

I had a miscarriage on August 19th for my second baby 14 weeks. My last period started September 27th and I am currently on cycle day 18. I have had spotting on and off this whole cycle after AF ended, but never had spotting prior to miscarriage. Now the last 3 days I have had significant amount of blood to the point where I had to put in my menstrual cup as a liner was not cutting it. My post miscarriage period was 40 days and I haven't had a period in two years prior to that between pregnancy and breastfeeding. Does anyone have any ideas of what this is? I'm trying to get into Gynecology, but they won't see me for another week.
