Anyone take Stimulants??

I have severe ADD & trying to conceive. Stimulants really help. Anyone stay on these meds during pregnancy?

I take vyvanse and stopped the moment I got pregnant.  It was tough the first few weeks but ended up being ok.  Some doctors let you stay on them but they really don’t know the side effects
