HELP ME

OKAY so my best friend and me was dating two different guys they happen to be best friends also we all four hung out and did stuff we all go to the same church and all go to same school and live really close so my boyfriend dumped me oct 3 and her boyfriend dumped her tonight and they did it the same way and both said the same thing and turns out her bf was with my bf when he dumped me and vuse versa and now her ex bf is talking to me what should I do please help
