About 5 months ago my fiancé and I started trying for our first baby

About 5 months ago my fiancé and I started trying for our first baby. I used glow to track my periods and ovulation cycles. This morning he texted me saying he had a dream that I wanted him to come home early from work but he couldn't. And that I sent him a photo of a positive pregnancy test. I had cramps but they were so mild I could barely feel them. Also was 1 day late. I took a test and it was positive. I literally made his dream come true. I texted him and asked him if he could come home earlier, and sent him the picture. So far I've taken 2 more tests, all positive. Looking forward to everything that comes with being pregnant. So happy and excited. I believed with all my heart that God had put a baby in my belly. And we'll, here she/ he is. ***Update*** I’m no longer expecting. Thank you for the messages.
