Is it normal? 😭

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I don't think I am, I think I'm less. but my doctor says I am because of my last menstrual period. They still can't see the baby on the ultrasound, just a yolk sac. And they told me that I needed bed rest because I was having pelvic cramps. Today I was feeling good so I went to work, I am a cashier. and I decided to go to the bathroom and I saw this and started to freak out. doctors already said I could miscarriage at any moment if I don't take good care of myself. Is that spotting considered normal? Its very very light pink and I don't have too much of it.
