sore gums pregnancy sign?

I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, af is supposed to show her ugly face tomorrow but I've suddenly had sore, swollen gums today. I usually have 0 mouth problems (the last one I had was when I was 14 and I'm almost 22). I can't really say I'm actually having common pregnancy symptoms except mild mild nausea. (please don't respond with "just wait until AF shows upppppp" Yea I know, I know, i've played this waiting game many many times, it's just so nerve wracking not knowing and I'm not getting my hopes up but what do you guys think? (I had sex 3 days this cycle, once being on the day of ovulation)
