Small Pelvic Opening?

Erin

I had my first born via c-section, doctor told me I have a small pelvic opening. It was recommended that this next baby come c-section as well. But I am noticing vast differences from my first pregnancy to this one. This pregnancy, the baby is sitting significantly lower. He is also hitting my cervix, which never happened with my first born.

I was told at my 36 week appointment they would re-evaluate head size and what they could tell from an examination. I also read they can do an MRI to investigate my pelvic opening w/o dye.

I would prefer a vaginal birth because it seems safer - less time in the hospital, quicker recovery, no large incision, etc.

Does anyone else have experience w/ this?
