Is it normal that I do not feel my baby boy move everyday at 20w and when I do I barely feel it?

It all depends on how your uterus is positioned. Some women feel regular, strong movements as early as 16 weeks and some don’t feel them until 25 weeks! I mean, talk to your doctor to be sure, but I wouldnt stress about it too much .

With my first pregnancy I didn’t feel him kick until I was 25 weeks. My doctor said it’s completely normal not to feel movements until 25 weeks with first pregnancies.
