Can someone please tell me what a heart burn feels like?..

Like your throat is on fire. I imagine it's what it feels like to throw up actual battery acid. It's not a constant feeling. Like it rises into your throat and goes away for a minute. That's how it is for me.

Mine feels like someone is stabbing and twisting my heart inside my chest. Heartburn sucks!

It hurts so bad! Sometimes I wanna cry.. I get them very often because it was side effect from a medication I used to take, I stopped the medication but I’m stuck with daily heartburns. It feels like your heart has been stabbed and it’s bleeding out. It’s terrible
