Cervical lesion from HPV at 19yo

So about three months ago I found out I have a low grade cervical lesion on my cervix (obviously) the doctor wanted me to get a procedure done but I have been super busy and didn't get it done (apparently it is important because it can turn into cancer.) I went to a different doctor and mentioned it and she said it is nothing to worry about and will go away on its own. For about three months my periods have been late and irregular and I have milky discharge and only bleed for like a day and then spot for four days. What should I did ? Should I get the procedure done or just leave it like the other doctor said ?

P.S: the main reason I put off the procedure was because I have history of sexual abuse and it was making me nervous thinking about people touching me down there that I didn't know...
