What to due now that I may be pregnant with baby number two

So I’ve been really off this past week and my period was due this morning and well I had a dream I was pregnant so I took a test and there it was so I called my mom because well my husband rolled over and went to sleep after I told him (I know buzz killer right I said the same thing) and my mom trying not to get excited because we are going to surprise my parents and his parents but I’m scared his isn’t it I’m just still dreaming do y’all see them too
