Possibly fifth disease?

I don’t know where else to post this but I am pregnant and concerned. I called the nurse advice line this morning because my son woke up with a rash. He is not acting and differently (other than he’s been waking up about 30-60 minutes earlier today and yesterday) and he does not have a fever (temp is 98.7 degrees Fahrenheit) I did give him some children’s ibuprofen yesterday morning which he has had before but we did give him a different brand yesterday. The nurse said that it sounded like it could be fifths disease or he could be allergic to something in this different brand of Motrin (like the dye or something). But now I’m freaking out because my husband has to work today and I’m pregnant and the nurse said that because I’m pregnant, it could put the baby at risk for anemia (or worse based on her tone and the words she used trying not to say the word miscarriage like high-risk) and there is no one else to watch him. But it doesn’t look like fifths disease. Does this look familiar to anyone? Sorry for the long post I’m freaking out over here!!
