Struggling

My LO is 10 weeks. Since I started BFing, I’ve had a good supply and a fast flow. All of a sudden for the past two weeks, after about 10 minutes (sometimes less) of eating, he gets really fussy. He has only ever eaten off one side per nursing session. He gets fussy when the flow stops. I’ve heard you can never truly be empty but that’s what it seems like. I try hand compressions... nothing... I’ve tried switch nursing which works but then there’s little left on the other side for the next feeding. I also am pumping after every other feeding. I am trying to scale down how much I am pumping so I went to pumping every 2 feedings but ever since this started happening I went bCk to every other to try and get my supply going again. I am getting REALLY frustrated and it makes me want to give up on nursing. Is this a supply issue or what the he** is going on? He is also a big baby (he was 10lbs 7oz when he was born, he’s about 14lbs now) could it be that he’s just eating more? I don’t know. Help!!!
