I lost my dogs vaccine papers and she needed two more

Idk where to post this

So my mom lost my dogs vaccines papers while cleaning around and idk what to do because she still needed two more shots, but now we don't know which ones she needed n I don't want to start over or I don't think we can start all over because her first owners gave her only 2 shots n they stopped so we had to regive her those shots, also were going to neuter her n I'm pretty sure we need all her shots first huh ? I need advice as what I should do with her missing shots tho :/ I'm having a baby soon too and she needs to be fully vaccinated just to be in the safe side
