Would this be considered black face or racist if a white person did it?

I like the look of it for Halloween but don't want to be offensive in any way. What do you think?

I don’t think so because the aim is art, not to be perceived as a Race. However! I am white. So regardless of what art projects I’ve done I may not have the most accurate opinion🤷🏻‍♂️. 
The below are similar and I’d say are fine as they’re black and white designs

Now what I for sure think would be inappropriate, even if it is “art”, is if you were to copy (for example) some of the designs tribes use. I think it’s pretty self explanatory why that would be inappropriate. It’s beyond art at that point

I’m curious about this as well so I’d love to hear from anyone about this.
