Nausea
So I know nausea is a pretty big side affect in most pregnancies and I've been told that for the most part it usually ends going into second trimester. Don't get me wrong, I'm at 10 weeks and my nausea has definitely eased up, but I still find myself throwing up every so often, and really just bed ridden all weekend long. I take unisom nightly, and vitamin B every day, and also use Preggie pop drops. My doc gave me samples of a prescription anti nausea med that helped but they said that it would be a very long process for my insurance to approve this for me. I may go back and see if they can give me more samples, but I could also go and just pay for the meds myself. Problem is, the doc office still needs to give me a specific form (or they have to fill out this form) and send it to the address on the paper. So it's a process. Anyways, I feel like I've been doing all I can do. Getting way more than enough sleep, eating legit every hour (to keep the nausea at bay), taking my meds/vitamins etc. I guess I'm just looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. It really affects my work life, but also my home and social life (I can barely get out of bed). Not sure what more I can do... this is my first pregnancy and not to be offensive, but I do not believe that I will ever want to go through this again... any advice or uplifting words? Thanks
