HELP!!! Hemorrhoids the size of golf balls!!!!

I am 35w 2d and went in Friday thinking I was in active labor with baby girl. My contractions were so intense that I developed some bad hemorrhoids throughout the labor process. Labor stopped and I was sent home. Yesterday the hemorrhoids were only about the size of nickels or so. I went in this morning to get the second round of steroid shots for baby in case she comes early and I made the dr check me to see if there was something I could do medically for these painful developments!! They gave me a prescription for some sort of suppository steroid for the hemorrhoids and sent me home. As soon as I got home I had to go to the bathroom and ended up having BM which was so painful I thought I was ripping my bum apart! The hemorrhoids I had grew to be about the size of golf balls and I developed new ones as well. I am in so much pain!! And I am terrified Bout going into labor because they are so painful and get bigger with contractions!!! Any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this? I am not getting help from the Drs here for pain and ended up passing out in my shower this afternoon from the pAin!! Just needing some advice or even some emotional support!! Feeling very alone right now!!
