Spotting during ovulation?

Hey ladies :) I'm 18 years old and according to Glow I am in ovulation week! So my question is, is spotting normal during ovulation? This is the first time this has ever happened to me. There's no chance I'm pregnant, since I just finished my last period a week and a half ago. I'm also having this weird itch and it's super red down there. It doesn't burn when I pee or anything, just when I wipe.
