So as the Harvey Weinstein case unravels, it’s leaving many in politics and entertainment looking like huge hypocrites. Democrats in several states took money from him and are claiming they are all for women. Obama’s daughter even worked for Weinstein. Yet his accusers are saying that his assault and rapes have been going on for decades and was well known by anyone remotely close to him. Politicians like Obama and Clinton even took many days to come out and condemn him. So are we to believe the victims or these supposedly righteous politicians? Same with many actors. The victims are saying they swept his behavior under the rug to protect their own fame and fortunes. Yet they participate in marches and scream out against anyone who shares a differing political opinion, and scream for women rights until it hurts their agenda. So sick of all the hypocrisy. There are enough victims now as well as Weinstein’s admission of his “illness” that it is irrefutable what he has done and how widely known it was. Hearing more of these so called feminists ignore this scandal just makes them look like idiots in my opinions and that they are Champions of nothing except promoting the agenda they want, sadly no matter the cost.
