What to eat when nothing sounds good🤢

What do you all eat when absolutely nothing sounds good!? I’m 7 weeks and today is the first day the nausea hit me. I’m starving but everything I try to eat makes me gag🤢😭

I could only stomach ensure 😅 I had severe morning sickness haha my husband and I can't even remember what else I really ate

I was the same way and I couldn't dare to smell other people's food.i survived off of fruits,applesauce,and cereal

I used to eat fruits, when I was 7 weeks everything was nasty to me and made me want to puke if I even thought of it

Apple sauce and saltines...but not together lol

Crackers, peanut butter, cereal, toast, fruit, pretzels, smoothie.

I bought the kids applesauce drinks and slowly ate them. It helped so much!
