Bleeding?😰😱😪😥😭

Okay so I was 10 days late on my period and I was fully expecting everything to go well and have a baby in a few months. I was having most of the symptoms, Cramps, Headaches, Sore ribs, Nausea, Dizziness, Being tired all the time and staying hungry all the time. Today I went to the bathroom and when I whipped I was bleeding but not heavy bleeding like my period would normally be so I thougbt it would be spotting so I didnt think much of it, earlier I seen some tiny blood clots come out when I whipped and I dont think thats normal so I was wondering do you guys have any advice for me because im freaking out right now😭😭
