Ready for this to end!

I have been so miserable since Saturday. I am 36+7 weeks Having contractions 5-6 min apart, having headaches, chills with hot flashes, dizziness and some serious back pain. Went to labor and dilivery last night and contractions were not strong enough and only 2 cm dilated. So I came home. I had my appointment for today with my ob where I told her everything going on. She checked me and within 6 hours when I was in labor and delivery till now I dilated to 4 cm. dr said she don't think imma make it to next week.
