How long would you wait to start telling people you're pregnant?

Told my fiance and both familes the day I got my positive (bit over 7 years trying with a chemical in 2015. Got our BFP the day before my fiance's birthday) We got official confirmation on his birthday so I worked our social media announcement into his birthday post. Everyone knows about our journey and I wasn't about to leave this news out. Now I'm 16 weeks 2 days :)

I told everyone when I found out ( which was very early on) I was so excited. but when I lost her at 11 weeks i had to tell everyone that too it really sucked. I still have people who think I'm pregnant and asking when the baby is due. it kills me every time. next time I will keep it to myself until I know my baby is going to carry .

I told everyone pretty early, I think it was 8 weeks, but my second pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage at 9 weeks so I’d try to hold off until 12 weeks if you can. Although it is tough when it’s so exciting! Whenever it feels right for you 😊

I'll be so excited I have a feeling I will spill the beans sooner than I want. But I want close family to find out immediately after I know everything is good, and shortly after that probably post to social media.
