BOY TROUBLE PLEASE HELP I NEED ADVICEEEEE

I'm 15 and most of my friends have had boyfriends or kissed or had sex or done ~other sexual activities~ by I haven't done any of that. I know there's two guys who are into me but I don't really like either one because I have a huge crush on a guy on my sports team. I don't talk to him much and I feel like if I made a move and he doesn't like me like that he could tell the team (one of his best friends is on the team and is kinda gossipy so If he told the friends it would get around) he doesn't come to practices all the time so I only see him like once a week and I try to flirt but I'm really bad at it! Should I keep pursuing him or just try talking tot he guys who actually are into me? I feel like I'm late to the party and I don't want to miss it but at the same time I don't want to mess things up!
