Close to 7 weeks and finding my chronic 24/7 nausea gets far worse in the evening particularly at night 😫😩😖 any tips???

My doctor told me to take unisom (25mg) and vitamin b-6 at night before bed everynight it helps me sleep and also keeps the nausea gone all day the next day

I just tried unisom because I’ve had 24/7 nausea and vomiting, so bad I haven’t been able to eat or hardly drink anything for close to a week. Called in to work today, took unisom, and now after sleeping on and off (and feeling drugged out because I’m on sleeping meds but awake) I’m eating everything I can get. It’s a damn miracle!!!
