Quitting breastfeeding.. help?

So 2 days ago I decided to stop breastfeeding. We were only doing 2-3 feeds a day anyway and I was hardly even producing enough for half a "meal" each time, so I'd have to nurse him and then fix him a bottle. I went back to work full time almost 2 months ago so I just haven't been able to keep doing it. My question is, when will my milk stop coming? What can I do about engorging and the pain along with it? My breasts are so swollen and it's been almost 48 hours since I've last nursed him. Thanks in advance!
