I have a very interesting schedule. And I really need advice on it.

I have $800/month in bills. I work part time from 4:00am-8:00am Monday-Friday. I make just about $800/month. I go to school full time online. And I am taking real estate classes.

So, usually here's two examples of my day: 1. Go to work, go home, do chores, do school until 12:00, laze around, go to dog park from 2:00pm-4:00pm, go home, shower, make dinner, lay around until 9:00pm and try to go to sleep. Or 2. Go to work, get home, take a nap till 12:00, get up do chores, go to dog park (same time), go home, shower, make dinner, and sleep.

My problem is, even though I get off so early, I am ALWAYS tired. It's not possible for me to sleep around 6-7pm so I usually end up falling asleep around 10:00pm. Because of this, my school is suffering and I haven't finished my real estate classes. I could have finished a month ago I am just so tired. I had a $5,000 loan. Which, I'm down to $3,000. Plus, relying on that isn't smart. The shift is easy and sometimes I try to do school during but I get in trouble. On the days that I have someone cover (like if I have a doctors apt) I get so much done. Because waking up at 6:00am-7:00am is so much easier and I have energy for the rest of the day.

I do school in the afternoons because I focus more at that time otherwise I get distracted by things that I could be doing (cleaning, dinner, walking the dog, picking up kids, etc) so usually 2:00pm after I'll do school. So it's not smart for me to work in the afternoons. My ideal times to work are from 7:00am-1:00pm (any configuration of times during those hours) but my current job doesn't have any of the times available because the shift lead takes them. I try looking for another job but that's just time taken away from school. I have 0 motivation because I'm so tired. I was trying to get a real estate assistant position because I'm trying to get in the field.

I just don't know whether I should focus on school and not work as much or if i should focus on finding another job and potentially work more hours which would keep me out of more debt. I don't know what to do.
