why do i have a lot of upper back acne ??

like wtf i don’t even wear makeup on my upper back to be gettting acne ?? the hell is this?? also i get chest acne too and boob acne. but haven’t lately like ummmmmmmm i wash good every part of my body i’m only 23 i’m done growing like i shouldn’t have bad hormones now

Could be your diet, your laundry detergent... all kinds of things. If it's particularly bad I would see a dermatologist (especially considering you're 23). In the meantime I would suggest washing everyday with a gentle cleanser (I use Trader Joe's tea tree face wash for my body) and maybe trying a different laundry detergent. Hope it gets better, I know acne sucks 😰

Have a look at your diet! Your gut controls like everything in your body, including skin, your probably eating something in your day to day food that's the cause and not realising. We need to heal ourselves from the inside out, meaning drinking plenty of water and healthy foods not just putting chemicals on our skin and hoping it improves! Have also seen a lot of story's with ladies cutting out Dairy (properly) and within 2 or 3 months there skin had amazing results!! It requires work and some analysing your diet cutting various thing out to see what it is that's the cause. But yeah dairy products have a known link to bad skin in certain people so start there! 💖

Could be towels.... you should use a new towel every 3 days ...when i wash my hair cause its long the conditioner stays on my back a bit and it made me break out a couple times ... but then again im pregnant so ive been getting alot on my back and chest rather then my face.... i started using a charcoal scrub and drinking tons of water and its all cleared up now...just change your routine and see how it is,

Lol bad hormones...girl you're a woman we have bad hormones for life 😂😂😂
But yeah, it could be hormones, sweat, or stress. My back and butt break out too it's hella annoying. Using an acne scrub or wash on your back will help, as will wearing more cotton!
