Dropping the Ball

My husband’s cousin is planning my baby shower and has 100% dropped the ball. She offered or else we would not have asked her, but I am totally stressed about the whole thing now. The shower is less than 3 weeks away and she hasn’t mailed the invitations yet. Half of the people on that list have to fly (or drive for 2 days) to get here. They need more than 2 weeks to plan this! Other than working on the invites I don’t think she has done a darned thing. I almost just want to call it off, but I really want this shower.
