Polyp during IVF?

Question

Had a scan today and a Polyp has appeared since last week. Has this happened to anyone else? Been on merional injections for past 5 days. They want me to continue the injections and freeze my eggs but may need polyp removed and fresh transfer may no longer be possible which has upset me 😔😔😔

This happened to me about a month ago at the beginning of an IUI cycle. I had to pause that cycle and it was then cancelled because my body didn't respond well. The next cycle has been cancelled too because my body just needed more time to rest. It's frustrating but also trying to trust my body needs the time to recover. As disappointed as I was I'm so relieved to actually feel normal again after several medicated cycles. That has helped a lot mentally. Listen to your body and don't rush it if it doesn't feel right- that's my best advice :) good luck!

It’s frustrating for sure. But on the positive, your going to do a transfer when your body has had a chance to rest and eliminate all the drugs that you’ve been taking. It will be a more natural environment. Stay positive.... some times bumps in the road are big blessings. ✨✨✨Best of luck ✨✨✨
