My wife and I are doing our first IUI cycle- hormones looked awesome, mid-cycle follies were good size, and we did the IUI today. Our plan included letrizole and a trigger shot - I'm an avid runner (actually cancelled my marathon yesterday for the IUI) and have irregular periods so ovulation isn't exactly predictable. Hoping first time in a charm!
