So I'm looking after a friends pug for a few months until they can get a new house. The pug is friendly, shy and good with another animals (the dog is 4). My cat is almost 3 and hasn't ever came into contact with a dog before so I have no idea how this will pan out. She is an indoor/outdoor car meaning she will spend most the day inside and only go out for about two hours in the day. Any tips on how to introduce them and make sure my cat doesn't get too stressed about the situation?
